Quite fed up of the service that is being provided here now. You go through the drive through, and there's no personability, no customer service. You say thank you when they hand you your items, and there isn't a "You're welcome", or "Thanks for coming", or "have a good day". The staff here no longer care about their image, and it's a terrible look for Tim Horton's as a brand. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

Probably the worst tim hortons in barrie and nearby towns. Horrible service, they don't give a shit about walk-in customers only care about there precious drvie-thru, when u do go to drive thru there service is some how worse at times. This place needs to get there head out of there ass and hire some good employees(they already have a couple great ones) just need more and ppl that care and maybe can understand wat there saying cuz it's mumble half the time at the speaker Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
