We dined at Ristorante Tilia last week and the experience was life changing. By far, one of the best meals and dinning experiences that we’ve had. The atmosphere is cozy, only 5 tables in the entire restaurant. Definitely make a reservation in advance if you’re planning to dine here. We went with the 5 course surprise menu and wine pairing and I recommend going this route to get the full experience. I notified the restaurant of my gluten allergy when making the reservation and was extremely impressed with how well I was taken care of. The hostess and server was knowledgeable of my request and the restaurant took my allergy seriously. Modifications were made to my 5 courses as needed to accommodate my dietary restriction and the final product was exquisite— just as good as my partner’s non-gluten free option! The restaurant has an amazing wine selection and we ended up purchasing a few bottles to take back to America. Overall, the experience was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. This meal was the highlight of our trip and we plan to come back to the Dolomites just to dine here.
