Received a completely different package! Instead of a bottle of cava I got a bottle of chardonnay, the chocolate hearts are not chocolate, the wooden picture was different than described, there was no teddy bear in it, no marshmallow stick and no chocolate bar! Truly outrageous for €25 excluding shipping costs!

Very bad experience. Actually no experience, because at 11:22 PM before the ordered delivery that morning at 7:30 AM I suddenly received an email to report a problem with the receipt. There was no chance to do anything about this as a customer, because delivery was suddenly no longer possible. Agreed birthday present gone, surprise gone. To this day I cannot believe that customers are treated this way.
