We enjoyed a vegetarian six-course menu without wine pairing, and it was excellent in every way! The interior design, the service, and the food were all outstanding. It's a fine dining place, and expectations are high, especially from the food. I took a goose menu, and was a left with mixed feeling, that's why 4 out of 5. The appetizers are brilliant, same with the desert. Terrine is the best that I've tried. On other hand consomme and breast aren't something special. We like to go out “special” every now and then and this time we decided on “The Stage”. The food was very creative and varied, the service was overall OK. Even though I mentioned that it was my partner's birthday, it was not addressed. That was a bit of a shame. The ambience didn't convince us and the view wasn't outstanding either - at least in the evening. We are used to better things from Düsseldorf (Quomo). For us personally, the time between courses took too long and towards the end we just wanted to go home. Overall, a nice evening, but not something worth a second visit. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
