5 girls alone in the ordering area, washing cups, setting them in place, etc. Maybe only one had to take orders. I was the only customer but they didn't manage to take my order even though I was standing and someone had walked by at least 10 times. They were more interested in washing up and I therefore left the place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ask about their Frozen yogurt as there is nothing written about how it goes, when I ask about the price, I explain to the lady that such a cup usually costs around DKK 50. It of course depends on what kind of candy you choose to put on top as a topping then it weighs differently. I understand that part, but my daughter doesn't have to have topping at all, I don't think it will be a problem, my daughter fills the cup to the bottom with air holes in it. The lady refers to a weight that I, as a consumer, can't see the numbers on. The price will be DKK 73.82, an unheard of high price as the cup never has a top or is full and is without candy. There is a lack of a clear price per 100 gr that the customer can see and relate to. Poor customer guidance and price transparency. Parking: The first 2 hours are free. Then DKK 15 per hour, indoors Meal type: Other Price per person: kr 1–100 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Another place that has to save and does not deliver what is expected. My wife, daughter and I went to 'The Spot Cafe' where we bought Froyo and burgers. I order a burger for DKK 64 and my wife orders one for DKK 89 with coarse fries. When we get the burgers they look good and juicy and they are also good, average but good, unfortunately there are only 7 ½ french fries in a tiny little bowl. I go up to the till and ask them nicely if it is intended that you get so few fries, here I am told that it is a shame that it is intended, but that we can have more if we wish. I say that we would like to and after some time we receive a significantly larger amount of fries. Why don't you just serve a reasonable number of fries to all customers without them absolutely having to go up to the till and ask for extra? It seems a bit sneaky. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
