I paid for fresh juice, but they gave me a bottled one without informing me beforehand. This was only revealed after I had already paid. It would have been nice to know in advance so I could make an informed choice about what I was paying for. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a Negroni and after the first sip I found a fly in it, went to the bartenders told them they found a whole bottle of Martini filled with flies, they insisted to make me another one using another bottle, it had three small flies I’m very sick now

The view on the tarmac is incredible! The drinks are expensive, that's quite normal in any airport. But cleanliness is definetely something that needs attention, very dirty floors, torn seats, payment terminal looks like a deep-fryer, tables have greasy smudges... And also, if you need to stand in line to order your drink(s), make sure your staff is up to the task! Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
