We were having a family and friends lunch on Sunday, service was spotty, food was mediocre. One appetizer was absolutely awful, tasted by two people. When we complained, a lame excuse was given and the bill was not adjusted. We will not be eating at Rivers Reach in the future.
We are long time patrons of more than 8 years. EPIC FAIL that taints a lot of previous good times, food and fun. The new corporate management team needs to be more attentive to their customers and their needs. The old management and staff would have handled a small issue like this in a much more professional manner.
NOT IMPRESSED.

This place use to be a neighborhood pub. Now it is run by the owners of Wings resturants. Same frozen wings as they serve there. Same cheap food. Wings is not successful so not sure why they thought they could buy Rivers Reach and cheapen the quality of food. I've heard from staff they do not care about their staff at all and it shows. I wanted to talk to a manager and there wasn't even one! That place is a mess. Horrible food. Slow bar service. Staff were really nice but that's about it.

Just when you thought great customer service was a thing of the past, until you walk into the River's Reach Pub and are greeted by beauty and a friendly smile from Mary, Ella, or Karina, No matter where you sit you are guaranteed amazing service from one of them. My favorite bartender, Bickram (Vic) is not only good looking, but he's smart and hardworking and knows how to go above and beyond with great service, not only with his customers but also with the people he works with. I have had the pleasure of meeting someone very special there, her name is Sofia. Not only is she beautiful and elegant, her personality and customer service is outstanding and if you are lucky enough to sit in her section, she will make sure you visit is amazing and make you feeling like your part of the family. Hats off to the River's Reach for well put together selection of staff. Stop in and say hi to an amazing bunch of people. I can hardly wait for my next visit. Thanks to everyone at River's Reach for the great service! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
