I haven’t been to an Indian restaurant in a long while and the last restaurant I went to was a buffet style restaurant - where I found the dishes to be Luke warm at best.For me the sign of a good restaurant is that the food comes out piping hot and on this note the Raj Indian Kitchen delivered in spades - I was so happyI ordered two dishes and some garlic Naan - I was asked what level of spice I wanted - from 1-5 (initially I said 7) so I took a 4The food had a great kick and was delicious. I thought I was a big eater but I had to pack for the next day and it was equally exquisiteSo I have moved on to another city and am looking for supper but I remembered my excellent experience in Kamloops and felt compelled to write.If I was living there I would become a regular - Thanks
