Manager is just honestly rude and cocky because she’s rich. I mean look at this, all 5 star reviews, she ignores. But check out the 1 star reviews. Check the attitude she gives the paid up customers. You’d swear this place is free entry or something. All the best to future customers. Make sure you don’t piss her off

Very disappointed with the service, the owner was very rude and racist, she swore at us publicly, simply because we were late by a few minutes to leave the venue after our booking had ended, she called security on us when we starting responding/commenting on her screaming, she further more followed us outside to give us “the middle finger” , I’ll never set foot in that area and I was definitely made to feel small and embarrassed.

We had a terrible experience at The Playhouse Alberton today. The manager verbally attacked my husband because my 4 year old had a sip of water from his water bottle. We spent R650 there, including drinks and food, but she chose to tell my husband and kids that they weren’t welcome there. We won’t be going back there again.

We do not allow liquid holding containers into our establishment including water bottles. …We do not allow liquid holding containers into our establishment including water bottles. Unfortunately we cannot stand at the front gate sipping each persons container to determine the contents. This is a kids safety concern that doesn’t need an elaborate explanation. If the request to remove the container by our staff was adhered to, there would be no need to involve the manager. Instead your husband was rude and blatantly refused to follow simple instructions.
