The worst service, would recommend going anywhere else. Waitress by the name of Natasha was extremely rude. We ordered a pizza that was standing for 30minutes when I politely asked if it was ready for collection Natasha answered with ‘I couldn’t find you’ in a snotty tonewe were sitting 8m away and the place was not busy at all. Pizza was average at best, not worth it. Remediation find somewhere else to eat. We won’t be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Oure groop ordered 3 different pizza's from Pizza Shack yesterday and we was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The pizza's was dry, tasteless, not a lot of filling and one's base was not 100% baked. A lot of people around us also did not or could not eat the outside rim of the pizza's because it was very dry (not enough tomato base) . It was yesterday the 1st of April and there was a lot of people, the problem according to me was that they were chasing money and produced substandard food.
