I placed an order online and set the pick up time about 3 hours later. A future order. When the pizza was picked up at that exact time it was completely cold. I’m guessing the cooked it when they got the order and it’s sat there for over 2 hours. About 45 minutes after I picked my pizza up, they called me to tell me my pizza is ready. I said I already picked it up at 6:45 and it was cold. She just said sorry. Never ordering there again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hello, we are sorry to hear of this situation. We would have been happy to help you had you called us back and let us know when you picked up at 645 that is was COLD. We did have to put a call in at 730 to see if the order was picked up or …Hello, we are sorry to hear of this situation. We would have been happy to help you had you called us back and let us know when you picked up at 645 that is was COLD. We did have to put a call in at 730 to see if the order was picked up or people running late. This dies happen. You responded with I already picked up. Ok no problem. We have many names like Steve?,Mike etc that are all similar it could have been been running late. But when called you said picked up and no mention of cold food. We were so slammed last night majority of all customers had to wait for orders and coming out hot. We had nothing sitting around that would warrant a cold pizza for you. We hope next time you have an issue with a business you feel free to call them first to rectify such a simple situation. We are happy to help OUR CUSTOMERS. Especially when we make a mistake. We do our best and had a wonderful dinner service with our staff in training and the originals. We hope to see you soon. And definitely remember to call the restaurant first before social media. I’m genuinely upset to have to write this review about a place that we typically love. My boyfriend was in a really bad motorcycle accident over two months ago and has been in 4 hospital since. After months of not being able to eat All he’s wanted was a tray of pizza, and we were looking forward to him finally being moved back to st Catharine’s so that we could get a tray for grab a slab on Tuesday. Today it was Tuesday and we were so excited and were telling our out of town friends all about it. I called at 7:05 to order a tray for pick up. Five minutes after I ordered we found out that he needed something done by the nurses and that I couldn’t leave until 8pm. Knowing the pizza company closed at 8 I immediately called back to tell them that I couldn’t make it for 8 but that it was only 5 minutes from shaver hospital and I could be there for 8:05 and if that wasn’t ok then unfortunately we would have to cancel our order when I called I got some automated message saying that they either weren’t accepting calls at that time, I was like oh that’s weird, so I checked the number and called 3 more times and got the same automated message each time. They called me right at 8pm and I didnt get it in time so I called back at 803 and this time it went through. I told them that I was sorry that I wasn’t there for 8 but that I had tried 4 times to call back to tell them that. I was then accused of lying over and over again being told that i was making that up and that I obviously called the wrong number, I told them I could show them and they said no and they very rudely got off the phone with me. I couldn’t believe how rude they had been to me even after offering to prove it to them. After the phone call I was upset that we hadn’t been able to get our pizza and the way that I had been talked to so I called back at 803 and told them I could be there within exactly 5 minutes to pick it up, that’s when they rudely said that unless I could get there in 2-3 minutes that I wasn’t able to get it. If you gps shaver to the pizza company it’s literally a 5 minute drive, they refused to stay there until 808 for me to pick it up, which I totally understand is inconvenient, but that was why I tried to call them those 4 times out of courtesy to tell them I was gonna be a few minutes late. At the end of the day we didn’t get our pizza and I had been accused multiple times by the staff that I was lying about the automated message. I’ve attached proof of all of the phone calls. I’m just overall really disappointed that after being so excited for weeks to being back home for grab a slab and I was treated like complete garbage unfortunately we will not be back.

What is possible is you not having cell reception in the shaver hospital. You ordered at 7:05 to place an order. You then say you called back to cancel at 7:11. You mentioned you weren't able.to get through because of automated system. Which we don't have. It does show you called our number 4 times. What it doesn't show is we called you at 7:40 on our phone system to let you know your order is ready. You answered, you told us you were getting the system we assured you we don't have one. We responded to.your call don't worry about the order we're fine. People cancel all the time not a big deal. You then proceed to call again at 8:03 we only answered because we recognized your number as we are CLOSED at 8pm. You then asked can I still pick.up pizza? We said can you be here in 2 minutes as we are ready to leave. We are CLOSED. You replied, NO. you couldn't be here in 2 mins. You also never said where you were in the city or how long you would take. You just replied No. We said no problem. The part we don't understand is you apparently called several times to cancel but are now upset we wouldn't wait for you past closing when we also called you at 740 with more then enough time to get here from shaver as you say since it's only 5mins away. So there was opportunity for you to pick up. Your call log also oddly enough doesn't show our call to you at 7:40. We hope this helps with clarification for the events that happened. When we start our day Tuesdays at 9am. By 8pm yes we are ready to home. We value our customers and gave ample time. But again you canceled the Pizza at 7:40. To try and now pick up after hours. Seems this was an unfortunate situation and what we have replied is exactly what happened. We do hope to see you soon and more than happy to make your order in the future.
