Just great. The staff is very friendly and tries hard to keep everything clean and to rearrange the tables as soon as one becomes available. Shady's #1 team is just great and never loses their smile in stressful situations. The food is very good too. Lots of choice and always full. The gardeners, as well as the housekeeping staff, are always set up and very friendly. In general we only experienced friendliness. We can only recommend the resort and especially the Palm Restaurant. Meal type: Other
