If one can brave the parking lot and have the patience to find a parking spot then endure the long weekend lineups for dim sum you’ll be fully rewarded with delicious large portioned dishes at The One Fusion Cuisine. Dishes are flavourful and are very well priced given the very generous portions. Would like to return more often, but am deterred by the long wait times for dim sum. Would really like to see a reservation based dim sum experience in the future. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Dim Sum, BBQ, Deep Fried, Steamed Seafood Dumplings in Soup, Fried, Rolls, Sui Mai and Har Gow

First of all, I saw some people complain about the wait for a table spot, but it wasn't long at all! It was short and they us a table fairly quickly. We ordered and they first brought us some jasmine tea, it was definitely a palette cleanser and it was refreshing and had no sugar! One of the staff members didn't speak English but there were lots of staff around so we asked one who knew! The wait time was short (probably 5-10 minutes.) So we ate quickly. The food was slightly oversized so it was a tad bit difficult to finish, I recommend getting 1-2 meals to share with 4 people. The food was good and tasty and if you prefer spicy food the meals come with hot sauce and wasabi. They offer takeout if you cannot finish, we didn't get takeout. I really enjoyed the seafood rice noodle dish it was so tasty! The bathrooms were incredibly clean, the room was very ventilated, the dishes were clean and the interior was beautiful and well thought out! Overall, the place was amazing and I recommend you come here!

Agree with all the reviews that gave 1 star. I thought I can’t blame the individual waiter for the poor service. Yet now that I read the reviews after experiencing it, I wonder if all the staff are just playing dumb. You reserved a table, they pretended Mrs Lee already showed up, in other words there are 2 Mrs. Lees, and they apologized for giving your table away. Now you’re waiting for your table 15-20 minutes. Your first dish ( cold cuts) is served in 15 minutes. Your next dish comes in 30 minutes. The 3rd and 4th dish comes in another 15 minutes apart. You asked for plain rice from 3 waiters, finally the third waiter brings it. The last dish never came. When you asked for it, they pretended “ oh I thought it already came.” Then they tell you they are sold out on your last dish. 2 hours into your meal. My guests said never again to come here for dinner. Wished I had read the reviews. I had Dim sun here a couple of times, no problems. Dinner was bad, food was bad.
