Cuisine raffinée et savoureuse avec des produits de qualités. Endroit décoré avec goût et magnifique terrasse pour les soirées d’été ! Gérant adorable et personnel aux petits soins, une très belle découverte !

The Noble is a restaurant and cocktail lounge located in Via Sant'Angelo 1 in Lodi and was inaugurated 3 May 2020. The founders intended to evoke an atmosphere of the past with the location, which used to be a well-known dry cleaner in Lodi in the 1900s, an important period for the consumption of alcohol, in particular cocktails. As we know, a dramatic end to the Golden Age of cocktails occurred in 1920 through the 18th amendment and the Volstead Act, which banned the manufacture, sale, importation and transportation of alcohol. Another name for prohibition was “The Noble Experiment”, which inspired the name of the bar "The Noble". The design of The Noble was carried out by eFFe2Arkstudio while Lodi Shore srl oversaw the building renovation and designed and created tailor made unique pieces of furniture. The dramatic canopy style bar area which includes a circular bar counter and brass beam backbar welcomes guests as they enter The Noble. Hand-stitched leather seats and Carrara marble tables await diners in the restaurant area, together with a backlit scenography of flowers depicted on the walls designed by art director Daniela Ferrari. The Noble offers a range of twists on classics that range from lighter aperitivo to stronger after dinner recipes. The drinks menu was curated by industry veteran and hometown hero Diego Ferrari. The Noble is a pleasant surprise for the humble Lodi. With its elegant and original interior design and modern dishes and cocktails, one could easily imagine they were in New York, and not on the outskirts of Milano.
