We had a reservation on Saturday 10/19/2024 and we entered and everything was excellent but a problem occurred or one of the people present tried to flirt with one of the guests who were with us and unfortunately the management of the place did not do anything. When we filed a complaint, they replied that we could not do anything Price per person: E£1,000+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Shrimp Tartare, Carrapicho Salad and Shrimp Fried, Honey Chicken

Terrible Experience at Lemon Tree Restaurant and Lounge I recently visited the Lemon Tree restaurant and lounge, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. My party and I waited over an hour to be served, during which time we never even had our drink order taken. The service was shockingly poor, with the waitstaff seeming completely disinterested in attending to our table. To make matters worse, the restaurant did not have any air conditioning functioning, making the already unpleasant experience even more uncomfortable. When we finally decided to leave after being ignored for over an hour, the staff had the audacity to demand that we pay a bill, despite never having ordered or received any food or drinks. I cannot recommend the Lemon Tree to anyone. The complete lack of customer service, the failure to even take our order, and the unwillingness to provide a basic amenity like air conditioning all combined to create one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Save your time and money and go elsewhere - this place is an absolute disappointment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
