As vegan travelers, finding good dining options at airports can be a challenge, but The Hearth at Toronto Pearson Airport was a pleasant surprise! They offered several veggie and vegan options, and were also accommodating when it came to dietary needs like my husbands’ gluten intolerance. My husband ordered the hummus trio with gluten-free pita, which was fresh and flavorful. I opted for the mushroom Shawarma, which was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We had a very positive dining experience and will definitely return when passing through again!
