I visited The Halal Guys late on Halloween night with five of my friends, and what I saw was truly disappointing and concerning. There was a very long queue, yet only three employees were working — when it clearly required at least five or six people to handle the crowd properly. The employees looked extremely overworked, exhausted, and under pressure, running around trying to keep up with the endless line of customers. It honestly felt like they were being treated unfairly — almost like they were being pushed beyond reasonable limits. No one should have to work in those conditions. From what I observed, I strongly doubt that the management is treating or paying their employees fairly. It wouldn’t be surprising if they’re not even being paid proper minimum wage, judging by the condition and the way they were working. If the owners or management are reading this — shame on you for running a place this way. And to the employees: if you are experiencing unfair pay or poor working conditions, please reach out. I can help connect you with legal resources to make sure you get the fair treatment and pay you deserve. If needed, I’ll personally help pursue legal action to hold the management accountable. I strongly advise people not to visit this location until the owners fix these issues and treat their workers with basic respect and decency. Customers shouldn’t support a business that thrives on exploiting its staff.

Sunil - thanks for your lengthy review and concern posted. It shows you care and have put your valuable time in it.We would like to let you know - there is no way to adjudge a rush especially late night close to closing hours. This is how the restaurant businesses work - we anticipate a crowd and adjust labour accordingly. There may be a sudden rush but then there are long hours when nothing is happening. A balance has to be maintained. Halloween is a unusual night and we are learning for next year If this is your first time visiting us - I implore you to visit us any other day and we hope to serve you a quick meal without long lines and a fuss - this should make you reconsider your observations above. Cheers :)Oh and management themselves were working that night. Blue tshirts are management
