We had a takeaway (hummus, quesadilla, couscous with pork and tzatziki sauce, couscous with shrimps, and a latte), so this review won't really be much about service - though for the brief encounter of my husband with everyone there he would say they were very professional. The hummus had a good proportion of ingredients giving you the right taste of middle eastern cuisine (I've lived there so I am familiar) with the Romanian infusion of red sauce on top. We were hesitant at first but it really went well together. The quesadilla had a great pita bread. And let's just say the couscous dishes were thoroughly enjoyed to the last bits.
We want to commend this restaurant for being a hidden gem in this region - you won't normally find places that serve this kind of food as most restaurants here serve traditional Romanian cuisine or pasta and pizza and shawarmas. You'd find this kind of restaurant in places like Cluj, Sibiu, Brasov, Iasi, and Bucharest so when I saw this on Instagram and Facebook I really wanted to try it.
I hope more and more people appreciate the amount of work put into these dishes because I am certain other dishes would be as amazing as the ones we had. This won't be the last time we would visit, and will definitely try other dishes too. :)
