Inconsistent service and quality since the owner hasn't been around as much (understandably) which is most unfortunate because when its good its really worth while! She really needs an experienced manager to fill in for her! Two weeks ago i ordered a chicken salad bowl over the phone for lunch, when i got there, they had sold it to someone else. Just after that, i asked the kitchen staff to make me a chicken mayo sandwich. well clearly the pressure got to them. Blobs of marg, no salad leaf, just the chicken on part of the bread. Today i ordered the chicken salad bowl again, an hour before collecting, and got back to work to find most of the lettuce was old, slimey, brown and generally ewwww! only two slice of avo, most of it bruised and brown. i threw it away. phoned the FF and was "assured the lettuce was fresh" but assured the staff member this was not the case and offered to send pics as proof but ja nee that offer was not appreciated or wanted. in truth i was offered something else on the house but i lost my appetite and don't have the time to go back....and honestly all i wanted was acknowledgement this was good enough and to show that well, the staff don't always produce good quality food.... not going back in a hurry!
