Très bon bar à bières anglais avec un bon choix de bières à la pression, soirées tapas et autres y sont régulièrement organisées, et les consommateurs en majorité anglophones y viennent nombreux.

Plein de branleurs en snowboard sur les pistes de courchevel avec des vestes faisant la promotion de drop in et pleasure. agressant les skieurs et snowboarder j imagine qu il font parti du staff

This accommodation is plagued by the fact it is run by a rude and aggressive lady called Claire. Despite the staff being very kind and welcoming, it is clear they are completely overshadowed by Claire's frankly ridiculous regime. Claire made her best efforts throughout the entire week to make us feel as unwelcome as possible. She made you feel like a child on a school trip. Anything extra asked for is too much trouble and she would throw her toys out of the pram with an aggressive rant at dinner if someone didn't show up for whatever reason. She makes you feel like she is doing you a favour allowing you to stay there and not as if you're a paying customer. She said various things throughout the week to antagonise people. Claire is by far the worst person working in hospitality I have ever encountered. It is a shock she still manages to run a business with the way she treats her guests. This chalet is pretty good value for money and provides all the essentials needed for a week in the three valleys. It is in a good location and has a well stocked reasonably priced bar. Breakfast is very basic, dinner is okay and there is a large communal area to relax. However:- You only get one towel for the week and will be told no if you ask for another. This wouldn't be such a problem if they actually turned the heating on so your towel would dry- The beds are incredibly small (5ft 7 with feet dangling off the bed) - Their idea of a cooked breakfast is a boiled egg and will not cook fried/scrambled eggs for you- For some strange reason they will refuse to tell you what is for dinner until it is served to you. The staff seem terrified of losing their job if they tell you- You are not allowed to drink your own alcohol in the private communal area (Claire seemed annoyed we weren't buying from the bar on this particular evening)- There is no formal agreement made about equipment hire and no insurance offered. She tried to charge a member in our party because the seams had ripped on a pair of ski trousers (no consideration made for wear and tear)It is a real shame Claire is running this place. I feel if it wasn't such a hostile environment and the Drop Inn made more of an effort with some of the things noted above, this would actually be a great place to stay in the three valleys. However for our group of 17 we will not be coming back. Claire was the bane of our holiday and we will not pay to be made to feel like that again.
