Had an opportunity to try their delicious el cubano sandwich in the Paris Fairgrounds Fest!! Must give them a try.

Chuchi made my birthday unforgettable! The food was incredible and the service was above and beyond. They showed up with the trailer, set up in my driveway and offered my friends and family the full food truck experience. Chuchi at The Cuban Thing makes amazing food, because it tastes amazing! He’s passionate about making it as mush as he is about eating it! Great people with lots of creativity in their food! I highly recommend trying them out!
