Our group had a reservation made 10 days in advance cancelled three hours before the event we booked due to tickets not mentioned at any point beforehand. Won't book group events here again.

I was excited to try out this place and it was the patio that drew our attention…. I was with a group of work colleagues and the evening started of ok, but drinks weee slow to come out, then our waitress changed, the she’d take half the tables order and walk away…. We complained about the drinks taking too long to Come out and when we questioned it she said we were rude and did we want the manager… I went to plug the car meter and when I came back the elevator let out people and I was the third person into the elevator to go up and it closed on me and knocked me to the ground and I had to be helped up… I have a huge painful bruise on my arm… when I spoke with the manager she smirked and said that it always did this and I shouldn’t have tried to open the doors!!! I asked her if she was serious and she just said she’ll take it to her next team meeting… I was absolutely disgusted by her response.. they seriously need to do something with the elevator as someone is going to get seriously hurt!!! I will absolutely not be going back there…

Beyond his skill, Darcy's personable nature and genuine interest in ensuring our enjoyment stood out, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. His professionalism and passion for his craft are truly commendable.
