Dean, Thank you for your review. It brings me great sadness that you did not enjoy the products that we produce in house. We strive to produce the best tasting British style food, using locally sourced high quality ingredients, following traditional British recipes. Every product we produce is made by hand so there can be room for human error, although we try to avoid this. I would love to correct this situation. I can honestly say, hand on heart, that this is the first negative review we have had about our beef sausage rolls ever & we sell thousands every month! I want to look into this further, can you please email me some more information to: [email protected] As for the cooking instructions, it's either oven cook OR microwave, not both.. We put both cooking instructions on the packaging (on seperate lines) as it takes longer in the oven & a lot of customers have our pies & pastries for lunch in work (most offices just have a microwave)...
