The food was absolutely exceptional. We had the Scallop Chowder and the Colombiana Sandwich. The soup was beautifully presented and made hot to order. The sandwiches are out of this world delicious. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, the owner was attentive, and overall great ambiance. Highly recommend the Block at Railtown! No picture because we were so hungry and it was too delicious to put down. Full on experience with no phones. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cute place, as we watched the open kitchen we saw the cook munching on something as our lunch was being made. The tables were dirty. 15$ for a greasy bunwich and the soup was so salty it hid the flavor. We were very disappointed Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I can't recommend The Block, highly enough. Chef Kyle has crafted an extraordinary menu, and the sandwiches are absolutely delicious. Recently, they hosted a beautiful, private dinner for our nanny’s funeral, and the entire family was in awe of the meal and the care put into the evening. The ambiance was warm and intimate, making it a truly special experience during a difficult time. Five stars all the way! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
