Hôtel à fuir de toute évidence ! Refuge de dealers... je le déconseille vivement. Dommage car l'établissement est plutôt correct, le personnel sympathique et la restauration bonne.

Booked the 1 night valentines special including a 3 course meal . Booking and payment done a week in advance but had to wait a long at check in cos paperwork could not be found . Room was clean but safe did not open, called the reception and waited for maintenance people but nobody came . Valentines supper was a disaster , started off really good with rose's n chocolates for the ladies, we were given menus to fill in for our 3 course meal. The prawn cocktail was ordered as starters , prawns were not deveined and tasteless , main was fish chicken n prawn affair ( this was even worse ( no taste or even a sauce to complement the meal ). The dessert is when we walked out after 45 mins of waiting , every couple was served dessert beside us , we called the manager after 15 mins and said it was coming , eventually a waiter came after another 15 mins after speaking to the manager requesting that we order again, could not remember our order we had given them on arrival. Really disappointed with the service at the Balmoral . Thank u Balmoral for giving us a valentine memory that will never be forgotten . Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view
