I ordered take out recently, food was good but the service was poor, he was not ready to give any suggestions when I asked, his attitude was like just say what you want or hang up the phone. Would never go again Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Overall, our experience at Thai Orchid Restaurant was positive. The flavors were enjoyable and the prices reasonable, making it a place we'd consider revisiting. However, there were a couple of drawbacks that led us to deduct a star from our rating. Firstly, the restaurant seemed understaffed, with only one person managing various tasks, leading to delays in service. Additionally, we found that many dishes leaned towards the sweeter side, even those labeled as spicy, which didn't quite match our expectations of authentic Thai cuisine. Despite these issues, Thai Orchid Restaurant still offers a satisfying dining experience, albeit with some room for improvement. We've eating here probably monthly for last 4-5 years, it's a simple family run restaurant. Tho staff are friendly & mostly attentive wait staff lack a few of the polished service of a chain type establishment. We like the food here, it's always tasty, fresh & hot. Also excellent value for your $$ I would recommend for couples or small groups 4-6, for larger groups kitchen & staff tend to get a bit over whelmed due to other customers/ take out & limited staff of only 2-3 including the chef.
