Had a worst food court experience in Vancouver, as it named Thai food but it does not serve Thai cuisine.
I went there at last weekend with my boyfriend, we ordered 3 dishes combo and beef stew with rice, the elder woman who seem to be the manager, she used very rude attitude taking our order, after we proceed to checkout, our bill note was dropped on one of our meal ( because they were talking while we are paying our bill), so we look at the staff and hope at least they would have some reaction, then the elder woman spoke in another language to the staff and ignored our situation, laughed in a very bad way then she didn't renew our dish... we still held the hope for the food itself, but the beef stew has no meat at all but fat, and the deep-fry squid was extremely smelly and covered by old oil, we didn't eat at all after a bite, we decided to bring it back to the elder woman just to tell her this should be improved, as we always dine out, we always showed our respect and polite to the staff so I used very polite tone to tell her, then she just gave me an ignorant smile and told me to bring the dishes to the return section with no reply... I hope people who accidently tried this place and find out how terrible it
is should tell them or either report to Metropolis as we did, even I don't know if they will receive or not... :(...

Quality of food is what you'd expect from a food court joint. The plain pad thai noodle was exactly how it sounds: plain and bland. Mixed with very salty calamari, it was easier to eat. I would rather go to the Chinese place a few stalls down next time as quality is a bit better. Lesson learned.

It's just cheap, tasteless Chinese food with the word "Thai" infront of every dish name. Yuk...makes me hate myself for picking this place over anything else. A $7.31 lesson learned not to come here again.
