Very disappointed! On an outing this past Friday my wife and I had to run some errands in Moncton (we live in Shediac). We decided the day before to stop at Thai Express to gram some Pad Thai to take home. We checked the website to see what time they opened and it showed 10:30am. Great! We were done with our errands a little early so we drove to Champlain Place an waited in our vehicle for opening. We were parked quite close and only had a wait of 10-12 minutes. Leaving my wife in the vehicle I approached the entry doors to wait the last couple of minutes. 10:30 came and went. I peered inside and the place was dark and chairs were still stacked on the tables. There was however no movement inside. Giving the benefit of the doubt I waited another almost 15 minutes but still no movement. I finally gave up and left. This is not satisfactory and not a good way to run a business! Service: 1
