I replied that if she doesn't feel like working, no problem, let her say. Let me make a comparison with the young girls who previously worked at the site - always smiling, welcoming and kind. Ever since this lady has been at work I have always felt a bad look, unfriendly attitude and messy and sluggish work. And this does not only happen to me, but also to many other customers when I have waited in line. In conclusion, I just want to say that from today until I see her at work, you are losing me as a customer. I will only go back if I see people who treat customers the same way as the old staff again. By the way, you must also have felt by the turnover whether I have the right to act like this and to be so enraged by the treatment of the customer that I write all this. And the competition is just a few streets away from you. At the "YAT" bakery, they welcome people with a smile and respect their choice for choosing them.
