We went to this establishment with a group of friends. We were not satisfied with the selection of drinks at the pizzeria, after which we went to the store and bought ourselves a drink there. Then, after arriving at the cafe, the cleaning lady approached us with a request to remove the drinks. We decided not to argue or irritate the staff. Then our friends came, repeating our actions. This time the cleaning lady began to threaten with expulsion from the pizzeria in a raised voice. The administrator came up to us and calmly began to explain to us. When asked to show proper documents certifying that this prohibition is in the rules of the cafe, he refused. And there is no other confirmation in the form of tablets or anything similar. I would like to remind you that a cafe can establish a ban on its own food and drinks in its internal rules (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 15, 1997 N 1036). And it is illegal to prohibit this without fulfilling the previous conditions. I ask the manager to address this problem and correct it.
