For our anniversary we chose this restaurant because Terramare is pure passion. This delightful restaurant is spotless and furnished with great care, and we had lunch on the beautiful terrace, overlooking the hills and the sea. There is a lot of care in the preparation of the courses and the staff, very kind and prepared, explains with a few simple words what you will taste. There is certainly experimentation and innovation, as well as the use of local and home-grown products. The quality speaks for itself. In addition to the entrees (meatballs in apricot and onion sauce), we ordered: among the appetizers, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses and the "biscotto", the latter being particularly good; we then moved on to the main courses, ordering the pigeon with pistachio sauce and the suckling pig, both excellent; finally, desserts: Lety (in the shape of a wonderful Margherita with an excellent and fresh taste) and Vanilla, with curious and perfectly fitting combinations. The experience is definitely rewarding. Well done guys, keep it up. Not only will I be back, but I will highly recommend it to friends and family as it is a wonderful find on the first hills of Cesena. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
