Last weekend we were invited to a wedding celebration in the afternoon. The driveway already makes it a bit chic and festive. When we entered, we were received very friendly by the staff. The separate party room (can be modularly expanded into an extension dining room) was the place to be for the well-organized and very tasty snacks that were delivered by very friendly staff. As we continued, the restaurant started to fill up. That's for our next visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

NEVER AGAIN! We had made a booking at Ter Vennen via social deal. Due to family circumstances (suicide) we called to report that we could not come due to this event. At Ter Vennen's request, we did not cancel the voucher with social deal and she promised us a voucher of the same value from them so that we could come and eat with them at a later date. They asked to send an email which we also did and they never let us know anything. Now we have contacted them and say we know nothing. 1 of the managers (the cook) was just a degustation on the phone, unfriendly, burly and full of himself. We are 118 euros poorer because they don't keep their promise and don't want to make a concession after their false promise that they don't remember anymore! They won't see us here again! Driving in money and not being there for their customers and not keeping the promises they made themselves are NOT DONE for a case like this. Unfortunately, due to the family circumstances, we already have enough on our minds that this will also be added! The 2nd manager (Bart) wished to receive an allowance, but unfortunately the grumpy cook was beyond reason and we are 118 euros poorer. This was also apparent from the way of communicating on the telephone and via e-mail. Social deal has also informed us that Ter Vennen has not acted correctly towards them either and they have terminated the collaboration. IF THAT DON'T SAY ENOUGH. Please go eat somewhere else where the managers are friendly, not rude and reasonable and not at a place like Ter Vennen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
