I travel and eat out so much that I have become jaded. My best meals are at home, no question. Dining here last week was another thing. After all these destinations, from Milan to Hong Kong, then to San Francisco and Toronto, Montreal and onto Torino, finally in Bra, an emotion stirred. This seemingly simple dish made me stop at first bite. “Hummm, what’s going on here?” I asked myself. A trip back to when I used to enjoy eating out, that was what was going on. Thanks to the team, your courage and passion made me step out the beaten path and very much enjoy myself, again when I returned 3 nights later. See you on my next trip to Bra! Highly recommended place to eat in Bra. You can feel the passion they have through the plates they serve. Quality is really high but for a fair price. The menu primarily offers South American food, with a pinch of creativity, that is really appreciated. They have also good wines and beers. Will definitely come back. Hands down a must in Bra. There is so much care out into the food and ambiance, concept and wine selection you cannot help but feeling the team’s passion they have put into their work. The corn is delicious and the menu is short but very creative. I had high expectations and Teosinte exceeded them. We had the the pork tacos and the mushroom ones (super crispy!) and empanadas. The wine selection is on point! It’s a great opportunity to learn about new varieties and producers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
