It pains me to write such a negative review, as I used to quite like this place, but recently we tried to have an event here and I felt the experience was absolutely unacceptable. We had been looking to rent this place out for a birthday and had both talked to the owners in person and emailed them confirming this a month in advance. However, on the day itself our group showed up to find another party there claiming that they had book this location for their own event The owners were not present to mediate this (the only person present was a child letting people in) and when we called the owners we were told that we had no reservation. Now I don't know if our reservation was simply lost or was purposefully bumped for this other event, but I was very frustrated that we were offered nothing obfuscation. We never recieved any sort of apology for this and were effectively told that this was effectively our fault for booking so far in advance. Its a real pity but I will not be going here again and I would similar advice people looking to rent a space for events to rent elsewhere.

Often the term Hidden Gem is overused but this really is one. It's worth the slight diversion off the main street in Mehlem to go to there and enjoy the décor, the food and the tea and coffee. Certainly somewhere to relax at.

I was very surprised to discover such a pearl like Tee Time in Mehlem. A very nice owner, a creative artist, has created an oasis of happiness and well-being out of unattractive, small and relatively boring rooms with a lot of imagination and commitment... If someone thinks that Tee Time's offering is limited to tea and sweets, they will find that there are more delicious dishes to try. I won't reveal everything you can eat, see and maybe even hear here. Tee Time is waiting to be discovered by you too.
