I wanted to shop in this branch today and was not served despite the mask exemption. I was asked to leave the branch for the safety of the customers who were in the sales room. There were two customers in the store at the time. Tchibo also sells food, among other things, and is not authorized to deny access to its branch to people who are exempt from wearing a mask. This is inhumane and therefore, even after the corona pandemic, I will no longer enter this branch or make any online purchases.
