I like going to this restaurant because of the beautiful golf course scenery in the summer and just being able to enjoy the outdoors. However, I have been disappointed a few times on Friday because they are out of a dish or an item is no longer available on the menu. Hopefully, they can become more on top of things.

I think Tavern on the Green does exactly what it sets out to, and I think the rating it has is perfect. You come here because it’s on a golf course, and the patio that overlooks it is lovely. We enjoy coming because we can walk from where we live, but I don’t think you’d need to drive across town just to come here. It’s managed by the JRG group, and so the menu is the exact same that it is anywhere else. The food is fine, but the service is just painfully slow. I’m not sure if they’re just understaffed, but plan on being there for 1.5-2 hours and not getting anything unless you ask for it. I’ll probably come back but only because I live so close. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
