I complained about their smoked ribs, and once again their response was confrontational, stating " we never have any complaints, and our customers are very satisfied". Very unprofessional and cavalier as to how and when they do business.
We are Ukrainine, and hoped we could get a taste of our old country cookin, but it's not even average, and if you ask a question that theyttake offense to, the women responds with "you are not my dad, so I don't have to listen to a lecture from you."
Too bad, because there are other European delis in Burnaby, Vancouver in New West, who are professionals and operate their business as a business, and not as a hobby!
The Taste Of Ukraine in Burnaby will no longer be getting our business, and perhaps the will get the message if enough people who are not pleased, will stop supporting and tolerating their indifference.
