Amazing ! It's not the first time I've come to Italy but it's the first time I've had such a welcome. Here we are respected, no organized gang theft on pastries, which can feed a ferocious beast. The service is incredible, puts yourself in the customer's place, the room is incredibly clean, you could eat on the floor.
