I've never had any problems refueling, but when it comes to Hermes packages, it's a completely different story. You really have to be lucky who is behind the counter. While the young staff carry out returns professionally, there are unfortunately also those who react unfriendly. Sentences like "Hermes was already here, now the package will stay here until Monday" are delivered in a really unfriendly tone. Dear TC, if this service is too much for you, then you shouldn't offer it.
