Very intricate menu with a variety of options in every category. Food was delicious and the service was great and quick. There was a wait when we arrived for dinner but the online waitlist procedure was very organized and timely. Definitely recommend if you want more than your regular/average Japanese BBQ experience. The price was a bit high but worth it for all the choices they had. The Korean BBQ has a good flavour and is pretty nice overall. The food was decent and the service was ok. Lots of parking everywhere. Wasn't too busy when we went. Expect to pay around 55 dollars per person on a weekday. I think their prices are outrageous and I would only recommend as a one time try. Today was my 1st time trying ramen at Takumi Ramen in Mississauga. I dined in for lunch during mid afternoon (it was not busy at all) and tried their black garlic tonkotsu ramen as well as their chicken karaage with their regular sauce. Menu selction is limited but I was extremely satisfied with my order. The tonkotsu broth was absolutely delicious and had the right amount of flavour. I liked how the broth wasn't too rich/heavy and salty. The marinated egg was not overcooked; the yolk was still runny inside (preferably my favourite) and was packed with a well-balanced umami flavour. The in-house ramen noodles tasted average to be honest. They were cooked fine but there was nothing noticeably special about them. As for the chicken karaage, it was tasty and wasn't too oily. Pricing wise, for the quality of my ramen dish overall and the amount of chicken I got--it was reasonably priced. Also, I was really impressed with their customer service. An Asian female server took my order but I'm not sure what her name was. I suspected she had some kind of subtle Australian/South African/Scottish accent? Anyway, she was SUPER kind, sweet, friendly, and caring. Service was quick and she checked in with me after a few times to make sure my food was prepared just how I liked it. The restaurant was also noticeably clean and spacious. Parking was easy to find. I will definitely be coming back for sure and I would 110% recommend this place.
