While in Regina, I stumbled upon Taipei Casserole, located in a small strip in the outskirts of Regina. During the time of COVID-19, they are offering takeout service. They offer an extensive menu of Taiwanese dishes. I was having a hard time deciding what to order, and the server suggested "Braised Beef Brisket Omlet Rice (It is stir-fried rice with house made sauce with orange color, and wrap it with egg shall, accomplsih with Beef in Oyster Sauce, stir-fried mix green)". All typos and broken English are directly from their glorious menu; someone with English as his/her first language should review their menu. Let me describe this dish in one single word: WOW! I was absolutely not expecting to have such an awesome Taiwanese dish in Regina! The fried rice wrapped in the thin omelet was quite nice, but the braised beef brisket, served in a separate take-out container, surpassed all my expectations and stole the show. It was a good serving size, and the brisket was very tender and flavorful. Please notice that this is Chinese beef brisket, and does not resemble BBQ brisket in any way, for those not familiar with this dish. Service was good. Parking available on the premises. Conveniently located across the street from the Regina Tesla Supercharger. TLDR; good Taiwanese food, good service

Our favourite Taipei resto in Regina. Food is always fast and tasty and service is always friendly. We struggled to find authentic tasting Taipei dishes in the city and so happy when we found this restaurant. it's good the guy at the till now actually speaks and understands English. When we first came, the lady struggled to take our orders and we had to exchange our drink 3 times to get the Correct one. We had since gone numerous times without any misunderstandings and the food is always of good quality and quantity!

Really good food! I will continue to go here week in week out. I also am a big fan of the super stoned hippyish waiter that doesn't know about the food, nor eats it. Hahaha stellar service though as he forgets what you ordered and hads to return to ask again, repeatedly. 15 visits to the table minimum in an hour. Nowhere else will you get that service! Lol This place is a worth a definite visit. Tip:don't order simple or "safe" food that most locals would order. Go nuts, it's all super good! Also good laughs. The owner is also very appreciative of your business and I feel gets an honest feeling of happiness knowing how much you enjoyed your meal. :)
