One of the best meals we’ve had in Italy, the food and service beyond expectation. The chef came and chatted to us and brought us a sample of the porchetta he was cooking for a group lunch. The chef and waitress went out of their way to help as we do not speak the language. Would highly recommend a visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best meals we have had in the last 8 years in Italy. Valentina was very welcoming and Pierluca came and explained the menu using his perfect English. What a talented chef and team. The influence of years of working in Michelin starred restaurants across Europe was easy to see in the fabulous food we experienced. Apologies for my poor brief descriptions - Tuna tartare, roast squid, prawns in linguine, roast grouper and a white chocolate desert on strawberry granita and chopped strawberries- all amazing. If you get the chance to go I doubt you will be disappointed and will almost certainly be delighted. A wonderful surprise to find Ristorante Terra in Scanno. It’s not the typical local trattoria . A team of young people share their excitement and passion for food and have created a relaxed environment and prepare creative dishes that are delicious. As an extra bonus Ristorante Terra has an open kitchen and you can watch all of the steps in preparing your meal. We started with a gazpacho soup (with watermelon and shrimp) and a fresh salad of zucchini Julianne. For our main dish we had an amazing roast pork. We finished with yummy desserts.
