As the helpful staff serves it warm, the perfect crust cracks slightly to reveal a creamy, soft interior. The warm lighting and enticing aroma of fresh bread immediately make you feel welcome. On this visit, I also indulged in the focaccia with pumpkin spread, tomato, and kale – a delightful blend of flavors that was both innovative and comforting. However, the classic and mixed grain focaccia remains my favorite. It’s hard to resist; in fact, this was my third visit in just four days!
