I booked a table for dinner on my birthday. For 18-00 Sunday (ordered on Thursday). I emphasized that I would pay with certificates, they answered on the phone that the table was reserved, the information about the certificates was recorded, there would be no problems. On Sunday I called and warned that we would arrive at 19-00, instead of 18-00. Once again she announced that payment will be made in certificates. I asked questions about what would happen to the unspent deposit from the certificate. I received an answer to my question. As a result, after sitting in the restaurant for 4 hours, it was time to pay the bill. And it was announced to me that you can pay with a certificate from Monday to Thursday!!!!!! Question, Karl! Why, having discussed this topic twice when booking a table, my information and wishes were accepted, knowing that the table was being booked for a Sunday??? As a result, the certificate was not accepted. And also, considering the average bill of the restaurant, they could bring a piece of cake with a candle to the birthday girl.. People make a place.
