Un vin délicieux est la boisson la plus populaire de ce bar. Un personnel beau montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans Symposium. Un service agréable est ce que les invités apprécient ici. Welcoming, serene, quiet environment; background music that is not intrusive but delicately accompanies the meal. We are welcomed by Mr. Francesco, who also thanks to the fact that we were the only customers at the moment, gave us a tour of the place explaining the origin of the wines, spirits, the method of choosing the supplier companies and the great care they take in choosing the raw materials . In the meantime, chef Thomas comes out of the kitchen and very kindly comes to introduce himself. You immediately have the feeling of being 'in the right place'. At the table, with great discretion, Mr. Francesco pauses to cheer up the time between one course and another; very attentive to everything, he doesn't leave us with an empty glass, he doesn't come closer when my partner and I are talking, his interventions are always related to food or wine. A mention also for the girl who served the tables, very nice in her manners and kind. There were a couple of jokes to which he smiled and responded promptly, always remaining in his role. Needless to say, what we ate was sublime. I complimented the staff because at the end of dinner I had the memory of three new flavors on my palate and in my head; it is not a given to go out to dinner and bring home the experience of three flavors you have never tasted before. Towards the end of dinner, chef Thomas also came to keep us company and told us some anecdotes about how he sources the raw materials, how he chooses them and the Symposium project.
