Had breakfast at Symposium on New Years Day with a friend. We ordered the basic breakfast with sausage, eggs, home fries and toast. The meals looked fresh and delicious when delivered to the table. Upon eating the food, we both agreed that there was definitely something off with the sausages. We brought it to the attention of the waitress who brought it to the attention of the owner. The owner was adamant that there was nothing wrong with the food, it was just our taste preference. They said they’d take it off our bill. Honestly I feel we shouldn’t have been charged at all. I truly believe the sausages were bad. Won’t be returning there and will be reporting to public health.
