UPDATE *****Swiss chalet/ Truro reached out to me and made it right. We went tonight and everything was amazong. Our food was fresh and hot. Our waitess was great, very friendly. They had a power outage and the staff were wonderful making sure their customers were okay.******* Was here for our annual quarter chicken festive special. Usually our favorite however today was not good. For start there was very little heat. (They were having issues with their heating and it was our choice to still go in as it was posted on the door) The fries were precooked? And reheated? Either way they were rock hard.. some of us couldn't eat them. The waitresses were great, however there only seemed to be two so getting in and out took a long time. They were working their butts off. The food was mediocre for the price you pay. Have noticed over the last few times quality has gone down hill. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Live in Truro, NS. Because of illness we called an order Tobe delivered. Call went to Ontario????,,gave the order twice and she repeated it. Almost an hour later it arrived, wrong order......60.00 and not what we ordered. Never again
