This is one of our favourite places to come and eat. The food is always amazing and the service is impeccable. Definitely our go to place for any occasion. I really enjoy the food we order but there is this regular employee who works he window during the week days mid day and he is just fabulous! I have worked in the restaurant industry and he is a real gift to have on your team as he is very attentive and always in a great mood and makes the experience so pleasant. I'm celiac and he's always been amazing to make sure everything is top notch. I'm sorry I never got his name but he is a pleasure to deal with a real asset to your business! Thank you for making our experience so great! I truly think I'd miss him if I came to Swiss chalet and he wasn't there! People come back because they feel cared for and because of the personalized experience and it's exactly what I get when I come through the drive through and he's on staff. You've often made rough days better just by being so friendly. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Dietary restrictions: I'm celiac and they are always very attentive to this and we really appreciate it as it means we can eat at Swiss chalet with confidence and without being I'll for 2 days afterwards.
