Very disappointed with the meal. The fries were undercooked and the chalet sauce was so watery. The chicken was good but not able to dip in the watered down chalet sauce to enjoy and $21 for a single meal Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Upon entering we had to use the bathroom first. No toilet paper. No paper towel. Then we had to go up and order our food. Our understanding is they give you a number for Swiss chalet food then they bring it to you. They gave us our number but we had to wait for our food at the front and we bought it to our table . Then there was missing soup and wrap. We had to prove with the receipt that we had ordered that. The staff I felt seemed unhappy to be there. The Diet Pepsi soda fountain was just the carbonated water. Food was ok. Definitely the worst experience I've had at Swiss Chalet/ Harvey's . Will not return

Worst experience at a drive thru in my life! I waited for 50 minutes while they served 7 customers! When I finally got to the window the staff were very rude and the food was cold! I will NEVER go back!
