COVID review: Because I had gotten an email code for two quarter chicken dinners, an appetizer and a slice of pie for $21.99, it was a no brainer for what my dinner was going to be that day. When I got to the parking lot, I put in my order through my app. As usual, the app told me when my meal would be ready. Because I had time to waste, I walked around the plaza until my pick-up time. Coming in to the restaurant that was only open for takeout , I waited in line, 6 ft apart from other customers. When I got to the front of the line, my order wasn't ready yet. Not long after, I got my doggy bag with my order neatly and safely packaged. As with most places, you and the cashier are separated by a plexiglass. I paid via my app so I am not sure if they take cash as payment. From my mobile order to my in-restaurant pick-up, it was a pretty simple process with no challenges (total wait time was 25 minutes). I wanted to write this email to update you on the current process of ordering during the pandemic! Ps, if you're reading this before July 27, 2020, here's the coupon!

I have yet gone to a Swiss chalet location where I haven't received great service. The waiters are always very friendly and observing. I've always loved mostly everything from Swiss chalet, but some of my favourites are the shrimp with rice, spinach dip, spring rolls, their chicken of course and that amazing chalet sauce! I admit that I go here sometimes just for their sauce, I'm addicted.

Spacious seating and good ambience. Less wait time. Teriyaki rotisserie chicken stir fry was awesome. Specially the sauce was very good and the chicken was very well cooked. Large portion and suitable for the price. Fish and chips was good but not outstanding or something will want to come back for. Slaw on the side was very very average. Fudge - expected it to be warm and more moist but was too too sweet and dry!! Definitely not going to get it next time. Salad - we got as side and was good.
